Ordering

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@aurumfine.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order has shipped.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@aurumfine.com and we'll confirm your order details.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Canada, and most other countries.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes? Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers in the EU also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, industry-standard payment providers. We never store your full card details.
