Terms Of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from AurumFine through aurumfine.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, which should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, at any time. A contract of sale is formed only when we send you a shipment confirmation.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed on the Site and are shown in the applicable currency at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery of 7–20 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

5. Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@aurumfine.com. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
