Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any such charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Damages

AurumFine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at contact@aurumfine.com and keep the packaging and damaged goods so we can help resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
